Refunds & Return Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. Refunds are subject to the following terms.

  • Refunds must be requested within 14 days of completion.

  • All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with any shipping costs that may be incurred.

What Items can be returned?

  • Unused and resellable items

  • Items still in their original packaging with all tags intact.

What Items cannot be returned?

  • Cups, groin protectors and mouth guards cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

Cancelled Orders

  • If your order has not been completed, you may cancel at any time before it’s been sent out.

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event of damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, you can process a return for an exchange. 

If you want to switch out something you ordered for another item, you will have to choose refund to store credit and place another order for the item you would prefer.

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
